  • The Daisy follows soft the Sun by Emily Dickinson

The Daisy follows soft the Sun - Emily Dickinson

The Daisy follows soft the Sun --
And when his golden walk is done --
Sits shyly at his feet --
He -- waking -- finds the flower there --
Wherefore -- Marauder -- art thou here?
    Because, Sir, love is sweet!

We are the Flower -- Thou the Sun!
Forgive us, if as days decline --
    We nearer steal to Thee!
Enamored of the parting West --
The peace -- the flight -- the Amethyst --
    Night's possibility!

  • Waves - Camille

    Artist: Waves
    Title: Camille

Show me the waves, slaves of the sea
Is there a swirl an oyster pearl inside of me ?

    Show me the waves
    Y and X ray
Right through my bones, is there a home where you can stay ?

    Show me the waves
    Waves all around
Ovens and cells, wi-fi’s and wells, wires unbound

Love is a wave, swimming are we ?
Is there a swirl an oyster pearl inside of me ?

See all these waves, no one can see
Life is a circle, shell of a turtle
    Now set it free

    Wave !
    Wave !

    ODE KUNTUM MATI

    'Athan Wira Bangsa'

    tempias merabun
    buram kaca semerbak tiup-tiup.
    Kau bawa aku seketika
    membasuh langit
di mana pelangi dapat kau teduhkan.

setelah genap lapar sungai ke muara
    gelatuk lilin seperti biar
    kenapa?
sengajakah kau kirim gegas ajal rapihkan
    kuntum baru pucuk
    hingga semerbak tak sempat rupa

    tempias kan batu
    jika hunjam tak bisa tawar

  • “Anti-Love Poem” - Grace Paley

    “Anti-Love Poem”

    Grace Paley

Sometimes you don’t want to love the person you love
you    turn    your     face     away    from     that    face
whose   eyes    lips   might  make   you give   up  anger
forget   insult     steal    sadness   of     not        wanting
to   love    turn   away   then  turn  away    at breakfast
in   the   evening  don’t  lift   your  eyes from  the paper
to    see    that    face    in     all    its     seriousness    a
sweetness   of   concentration     he   holds   his   book
in   his   hand     the   hard - knuckled   winter    wood-
scarred   fingers     turn   away     that’s   all   you   can
do   old    as   you   are   to  save yourself   from   love

  • Rahasia Ganjil Si Tukang Beras

    Rahasia Ganjil Si Tukang Beras
    Rahasia Ganjil Si Tukang Beras
    Indi Saragi
    01/03/10

Ada keganjilan tatkala kita bercengkrama di pasar
Lewat sudut mata si tukang beras berkata, ada rahasia di butiran
Ikan membusuk di bubu, gelondongan di keranjang
    Pertukaran berlalu tanpa gerakan

    Katup dibuka, embun menyatakan,
    Hantu dipasar pencuri makanan
